Mr. Premnath Parayath is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in the lighting and electrical component industries. As one of Qwatt’s key leaders, he brings invaluable expertise gained from consulting for multinational companies and holding prominent positions in renowned organizations.
At Lighting Technologies International Group of Companies, Premnath excelled as Head of Sales and Business Development, driving topline and bottom-line growth while focusing on risk mitigation and business sustainability. His tenure at GE Lighting as General Manager further showcased his strategic acumen, where he drove profitable growth in LED signage, traffic, and automotive segments, developing strategic plans and sales forecasts to achieve projected profitability.
Beginning his career at OSRAM, Premnath gained a deep understanding of the industry that has underpinned his success. Today, he continues to lead Qwatt towards innovation and growth, leveraging his extensive experience and strategic insights to achieve greater milestones for the company. His leadership and vision have been integral to Qwatt’s success, continuously enhancing its competitive edge in the market. Known for his strong business acumen, Premnath is committed to driving operational excellence and creating long-term value. His contributions have set new benchmarks for the industry, and his influence continues to shape the company’s path forward.
Mr. Kiran James is a visionary leader and the co-founder and director of Qwatt. Known for his strategic thinking and relentless drive for success, he has guided the company to become a thriving enterprise. His ability to identify unique opportunities has been instrumental in achieving remarkable growth and success for the organization.
In addition to his role at Qwatt, Mr. James serves as Vice President and Global Head of Marketing & Product Development at Muthoot Mathew Group, one of India’s leading NBFCs. He has revitalized the century-old institution, creating a brand image that resonates with modern audiences. An alumnus of IIM Jammu, he holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Business Administration, Brand Management & Product Development, and Digital Marketing, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
With expertise in Corporate Communication, Media Management, Digital Marketing, PR, and Brand Development, Mr. James has made significant contributions to growth and market presence. Featured in media outlets like Brand Suthra and The Free Press Journal, he is celebrated for his inspiring speeches and thought leadership, shaping the future of branding and inspiring professionals across industries. Mr. Pranav PS is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. A graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University Vishweshwaraya College of Engineering, he combines technical expertise with leadership and business acumen to excel in his field. Currently, as the Director of Business Development & Global Business Expansion at Qwatt Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he oversees pan-India and global projects, driving growth, key account management, and sustainable business development.
With a proven track record in leadership roles, Mr. Pranav has successfully managed large-scale sales and business operations. As Business Head – All India Corporate, Retail & International Sales at ADS LED India and Regional Manager – Business Development & Corporate Sales at Aludecor, he demonstrated exceptional skills in project execution and client management, contributing to significant business growth. His experience spans marketing, sales, and project management, honed through various impactful positions in companies like Lighting Technologies International.
Highly skilled in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Dialux for lighting design, Mr. Pranav blends technical and managerial expertise to deliver innovative solutions. Known for his strategic thinking and results-driven approach, he continues to make significant contributions to the industry, ensuring successful project outcomes and fostering sustainable growth.
